Jean-Bernard Girault
Serial intrapreneur and entrepreneur, Jean-Bernard co-founded several startups, including HTS Consulting and WiserSKILLS.
Former director of major industry groups, and strategy consultant, Jean-Bernard specializes in issues relating to strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation. His passion is to “have positive impact” and concretely help his clients succeed in evolving environments where innovation and the ability to adapt are essential. He teaches at the HEC Paris business school.
The goal of WiserSKILLS is to provide a real solution that helps companies identify the skills at their disposal, and those skills that they need to develop. This involves leveraging people’s know-how and motivations to enhance internal mobility. It’s about enabling employees to develop their job potential while taking control of their own career paths in an adult-to-adult relationship with HR and their managers.

Carole Menguy Houel
A serial entrepreneur, Carole founded her first company at the age of 21, during her studies at EMLyon.
After acquiring significant client/user expertise as a strategy consultant, she founded HTS Consulting and WiserSKILLS with Jean-Bernard Girault. She has been working in the field of corporate transformation for over 15 years. Today, she helps companies reinvent their employee experience by offering them an innovative operational tool.
Driven by her passion for innovation, as well as related job function and skill transformation, Carole keeps a continuous eye on industry evolution. With the WiserSKILLS team, she constantly improves the solution to better meet the expectations of employees, managers, and HR departments. Her goal at WiserSKILLS is to integrate into her clients’ context and truly enable individuals to take their employability into their own hands.
